All your perfects is one of those books where you make it your entire personality for like a month I am destroyed

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 it was a good book。 it showed how love can go bad without communication。 i liked that they got better when they read the letter。 quinn is infertile and she feels really guilty so that ruined her relationship with graham。 they got a dog and names it august。
ri,
"If you only shine light on your flaws, all your perfects will dim。 "This book destroys me。 The way Colleen Hoover uses her words might weaken you。 She depicts the reality of a perfect marriage grappling with excruciating decisions as their world crumbles around them, leaving them with nothing but fragments of who they were and who they were。 The two of them have this amazing chemistry and their relationship makes me envy them。 I love the way Graham always tries to put Quinn first over anything "If you only shine light on your flaws, all your perfects will dim。 "This book destroys me。 The way Colleen Hoover uses her words might weaken you。 She depicts the reality of a perfect marriage grappling with excruciating decisions as their world crumbles around them, leaving them with nothing but fragments of who they were and who they were。 The two of them have this amazing chemistry and their relationship makes me envy them。 I love the way Graham always tries to put Quinn first over anything else。 It's undeniable, and as their narrative unfolds, you can't help but root for them。 。。。more
Laur Maej,
read this book。 please, just。。。read it。 I struggle to put into words how good this book is, so im not even gonna try。
Anna,
I honestly was expecting a lot more from this book。 It was boring to start but I got through it thinking it would get better but didn’t。 The ending was rushed and lacked complex as the story ended just the way you knew it would end。 Honestly disappointing。
Kira-Lee Butler,
Loved the simplicity and reality of it。 They were very romantic characters but not in your typical fiction, it was deep, but still relatable romance。 I found it hard to relate to her avoidant style of dealing with things but I think that’s based on my leaning more towards anxiously attached。
cad ,
this books fokin depressing 💀
Letizia,
Overall I actually enjoyed reading the book。 I’m saying actually because the last few Coho books that I read were more misses than hits, so this was a nice surprise。 I didn’t find it the masterpiece everyone says tho。Firstly, I hated the writing。 I really didn’t like how we were told what was happening, instead of being shown it。 I feel like the book would have been much more powerful if some things were left unsaid。 Like, I wanted the author to show me their marriage falling apart, not tell me Overall I actually enjoyed reading the book。 I’m saying actually because the last few Coho books that I read were more misses than hits, so this was a nice surprise。 I didn’t find it the masterpiece everyone says tho。Firstly, I hated the writing。 I really didn’t like how we were told what was happening, instead of being shown it。 I feel like the book would have been much more powerful if some things were left unsaid。 Like, I wanted the author to show me their marriage falling apart, not tell me what was happening through internal monologues。 Does that make sense? Also, I definitely thought that it wrapped up way too conveniently。 Literally all of the problems they had been having for years suddenly disappeared because of some letters? (btw I had the same complaint about Reminders of him - I’m starting to see a pattern here) And I know that in the epilogue she says that that’s not what happens but, again, I don’t think just telling us, when everything makes it seem like the opposite, is enough。I love the marriage-in-crisis trope because I love seeing a couple finally learning to communicate and working together to fix their problems, but nothing of that happened in this book。 The story was just steadily depressing until the letters。 But, like, wouldn’t a couple of seven years try to, I don’t know, talk about their problems before considering divorce? Just a thought。 So yeah, I definitely have mixed feelings about this one, but even though it’s not even close to being my favourite romance ever, I also enjoyed some parts of it。 。。。more

Eva,
I liked it, but there were times where it started to get boring especially in the ‘now’ pov。 But then in the middle of the book I really liked it and immediately wanted to finish it。 Another amazing book by Colleen Hoover!
Brooke Stanton,
3。5*
Wulan,

Ava,
if this book didn’t make me cry i would’ve given it 4 stars, but since it made me SOB until I literally could not see while my eyes were stinging, it definitely deserves the 5 star rating。 When I tell you I cried in the last 50 pages, i C R I E D, way more than what’s good for my mental health。 I don’t think I’ll ever stop thinking about how much this book impacted me。
Alice Stryker,
Ok the girl was kind of annoying but i loved this book and the writing is so good, I would’ve been satisfied with any ending。
Arianna,
Opened this book and did not put it down until it was finished。
Angeli Mae,
Ugh this book had me 😢 my heart goes out to quinn and graham。 The situation that they were in was so hard to read without crying。 Life is not easy but finding someone and seeing, loving their imperfections makes them perfect。 Colleen Hoover did it again and I’m in my feels 10/10 would recommend。 Prepare your tissues ❤️
Katie Ricker,
I loved this book! The love story was such a heartbreaker with a sweet ending。
Natasha Dela Cruz,
This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Not for me! And not a fan of jumping from present to past。Loved Graham… Quinn frustrated me! Communication is the secret to a happy marriage… the only reason I gave any stars was because the last few chapters she finally figured that out!First and last book I will ever read by CH。 I read to escape the tragedies of life… this was far too depressing for me。And that puppy should have been named Eight!
Valotria Riley,
dnf。 I can’t get into it。
Madison Lyons,
Story line triggered me but it was so worth it !!! Cried throughout
Shelby Walerius,
i liked this but it’s not my fav coho book。 i love Graham tho and this book definitely showed me you shouldn’t get into people’s business about trying to have kids
Sydney Haines,
This book felt like a much more honest take on relationships/marriage。 Hard to read imo
Nicole,
TW ⚠️: Pregnancy difficulties。 Infertility。First Sentence: “The doorman didn’t smile at me。”Pros: Chapters switch back between “then” & “now”。 Real honest & emotional (definitely the most emotional book I’ve ever read)。 A teeny bit of suspense woven in that keeps you wanting to read more。 Satisfying, but not expected, ending。Cons: This book cover。 😂 The romance scenes were a bit too cheesy for me at times。I would recommend this book to anyone who…wants to cry both happy & sad tears, is strugglin TW ⚠️: Pregnancy difficulties。 Infertility。First Sentence: “The doorman didn’t smile at me。”Pros: Chapters switch back between “then” & “now”。 Real honest & emotional (definitely the most emotional book I’ve ever read)。 A teeny bit of suspense woven in that keeps you wanting to read more。 Satisfying, but not expected, ending。Cons: This book cover。 😂 The romance scenes were a bit too cheesy for me at times。I would recommend this book to anyone who…wants to cry both happy & sad tears, is struggling with infertility/knows someone who is, & wants a book that doesn’t sugar coat hard things & their impact on a marriage。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 This book has such amazing reviews so maybe I was missing something but it did notttt do it for me。 Pros: addressing a difficult topic (infertility) that isn’t represented often in romances Cons: miscommunication trope, didn’t feel connected to the characters or their romance, everything wrapped up neatly in the last 20 pages after dragging for everything else 🤷♀️
Mish Nguyen,
I finished this book in one day and I can not put to words how i feel towards this book。 I still can not figure out if I enjoyed the book or I dislike it。 I dislike it more than I enjoyed it, let’s say that。 Quinn made me a little irritated but I understand why she does things and why she feels what she does。 I can’t relate to her struggles so it’s hard for me to put myself in her shoes, however I can empathize and see where she is coming from。 The ending to me felt rushed and I was honestly enj I finished this book in one day and I can not put to words how i feel towards this book。 I still can not figure out if I enjoyed the book or I dislike it。 I dislike it more than I enjoyed it, let’s say that。 Quinn made me a little irritated but I understand why she does things and why she feels what she does。 I can’t relate to her struggles so it’s hard for me to put myself in her shoes, however I can empathize and see where she is coming from。 The ending to me felt rushed and I was honestly enjoying myself up until the last few chapters。 This is where I started to lose interest。 I also enjoyed the “Now” moments of the book, rather than the “Then”。 It just wasn’t as attention grabbing for me。 Although, I didn’t enjoy the premise of the book, I loved how my emotions were on a constant roller coaster ride, as many Colleen Hoover books make me feel。 One minute I would be swooning the next i’d be frustrated。 I wouldn’t recommend this book unless you’re trying to feel any and all emotions all at once。 。。。more

“If you only shine light on your flaws, all your perfects will dim。”“Nah。 I’m still kind of full from all the Chinese food and infidelity。”Okay, this was close to perfect。 Check TW before reading。 So gut wrenching in parts, I love that how she writes it feels so real and could happen to you or someone you know。 Quinn is grieving and depressed and can’t figure it out。 Graham can’t figure it out and they can’t seem to communicate what so ever。Epilogue is so dang cute。
Fab Chiacchio,
